Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact item shown in the product photos. All pictures are taken by us and represent the real product, fabric, and color as accurately as possible.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message. Your receipt is sent automatically to your email. If you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll resend it.

How can I return an item?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us on WhatsApp or email us with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

No, we do not restock the same designs. Once an item is out of stock, it will not be restocked.

Where can I ship my order?

We will share the return address with you once your exchange request is approved on WhatsApp or email. Do not send anything back without confirmation.
